Pastry Filling

1 C Boiling Water 2 Pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding
1/2 C Margarine 2 1/2 C Milk
1 C Flour 1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Pint Heavy Cream, Whipped

Boil Water, add Margarine and stir until melted. Add Flour and Salt and stir until ball forms. Add Eggs 1 at a time and beat into mixture. Drop on Cookie Sheet in a ring form one spoonful at a time. Make it look like a round circle. Bake 40 MINUTES AT 400º. (DO NOT OPEN OVEN) Turn off oven and let stand for 15 minutes in oven. Remove and cool. When cool cut lengthwise and fill.
Filling
Mix Pudding with Milk. When set add 1 tsp Vanilla and 1/12 Pint Heavy Cream that has been Whipped. Fold Together, gently.

Frost with Jiffy Chocolate Frosting Mix.
