1 #2 Can Crushed Pineapple
2 T Corn Starch
1/4 C Sugar
2 T Butter
1/4 tsp Salt

Directions:
Drain Pineapple, save juice
Mix Corn Starch, Sugar and Salt, then stir into Pineapple Juice.

Cook over medium heat until thick. Combine Pineapple, Juice and Butter and bake in a latticed pie shell for 35 minutes at 400º. I use package pie crust. Easier!
