4 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 cups ground ham
3 cups sauerkraut chopped and save 1/2 the juice
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon parsley
4 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the onion and garlic in margarine. Stir in the flour and add the sauerkraut juice. Stir until smooth and add sauerkraut, ham, and parsley. Chill. Form mixture into 1-2 inch balls.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Dip the balls into the eggs, flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown at 375-400 degrees.
