6 C. Apples, diced & peeled
1/2 C. Water
1.75 oz pkg of fruit pectin
3 C. Sugar
2 C. Brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place apples and water in the Jam Maker bowl.
2. Cover, and select the JAM setting.
3. After the machine beeps, add the pectin.
4. When there are 10 minutes left on the timer, add your remaining ingredients and replace the lid.
5. Once the machine is done, ladle jam into jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
6. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
