1 large bunch of sweet basil leaves (No stems)
5 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
1/4 cube butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Granted Parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:
Directions:

In a blender, puree sweet basil leaves, garlic, and salt. Add butter and oil and blend. Add a handful of grated cheese. Consistency should be thick and not slushy. Use fresh, or pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
