2 slices of your favorite type of bread
1 slice American Cheese
1 dash of garlic salt
Butter as desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. Turn on griddle.
2. Butter slices of bread as desired
3. Place first slice, butter side down on the griddle.
4. Place cheese carefully on the slice of bread on the griddle. Make sure it's centered.
5. Place next slice of bread onto the cheese, butter side up.
6. Wait five minute then flip.
7. Sprinkle with a dash of garlic salt. Allow to cook for five more minutes.
8. Flip onto plate and sprinkle with another dash of garlic salt.
9. Enjoy!

If you're feeling a little wild and crazy you can always switch out the american cheese for your cheese of choice. If you're really feeling wild you can add a slice of ham or turkey onto your sandwich!
