2 C. mashed bananas 6 large or 8 small bananas

2 tsp.soda
1 tsp salt
2 C.sugar

2 eggs

2 C.flour

1stick of melted butter

1 C.broken pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in order given and pour into a Pam sprayed 9 x 15 pan.
if using pyrex dish bake @ 325º for approx. 40 min. Metal pan, bake @ 350º for approx 4o min. Check doneness with toothpick
