Broccoli Ham Quiche Recipe

1 unbaked deep dish pastry shell
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded part- skim mozzarella cheese
2 T. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/8 t. thyme
1/8 t. rosemary
1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli

Line unpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of heavy duty foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer. Cool on wire rack. Toss cheeses with flour; set aside. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Stir in the ham, broccoli and cheese mixture. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until quiche is set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
