pickles, dill, celery leaves, clove garlic, onions, carrots, green or red peppers, cauliflower, beans (Carmen adds hot peppers)

Brine
3 cups water
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp pickling salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp pickling spice

Directions:
Directions:
Fill jars with pickles, dill, celery leaves, clove garlic, onions, carrots, green or red peppers, cauliflower, beans and hot peppers. Pour boiling brine in jars to fill 3/4 full. Insert knife to take out air bubbles. Wipe jars and lids --- loosely tighten lids. Fill roaster with one inch of water and place jars in roaster. Place roaster in oven at 350 and once temperature is reached set timer for 15 minutes.
