2.5 oz Dried Chip Beef
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/3 c milk
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 dash black pepper
3 slices toast

Cook dried beef in butter for 3 min
Stir in flour and add milk
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly
Cook and stir 1-2 min longer
Stir in worcestershire sauce & pepper
Spoon over toast

Cream Tuna 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour, 1 1/2 c milk, 1 can tuna drained, salt & pepper
Cook like creamed beef, serve over toast (4)
