1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp. lemon extract.
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2lb. glace cherries cut in half
1/2 lb. shelled almonds
1/2 lb. mixed candied fruit
1 lb. raisens [bleached]
1cup currents [if desired]

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given, cream butter eggs and sugar real well- flour fruit with one cup of the flour. Bake in 250šoven for 2 hours [Put small pan of water in oven]
I usually double the reciepe to make a set of cakes
