Ingredients:  
2 lb ground beef
1/4 c all purpose flour
4 c milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp onion salt or small onion chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place hamburger in deep skillet. Crumble and cook over medium heat.
Remove from Heat and sprinkle flour over cooked hamburger. Stir until evenly coated and all fat absorbed.
Return skillet to stove on medium heat, add 1/2 milk and stir until gravy thickens.
Add remaining milk until desired consistency and heat gravy to boil. Season with salt, pepper, and onion salt,

McMullen way is served over mash potatoes.
