4 slightly beaten eggs

1 1/2 C. sugar

1 C. flour

1/4 C. melted butter

2 C.milk

1 1/2 C. angel flake coconut

1 tsp. vanilla

10 inch pie plate. Most new pie plates are 9 inch so cook extra sevarately

Directions:
Mix eggs. Mix in rest of ingredients, except for coconut, in order given. Stir in coconut. pour into Pam sprayed pie plate. Bake 40 to 45 min. at 350 for metal pans or 325 for glass. insert knife or pick to test for doneness.
