1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (or oleo), melted
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 3 ingredients together and press into greased glass 9x13" cake pan. Beat the next 3 ingredients together and spread over the first layer. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
