1 (6 oz.) pkg. JELL-O (use flavor for the color punch you want)
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
2-3 (2-liter) bottles of 7-Up, Sprite or ginger ale

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve JELL-O and sugar in boiling water. Add pineapple juice. Put into a gallon container and fill with water to make a gallon of punch. Freeze in smaller containers (storage containers or even gallon Ziploc bags work). Freeze at least 2 days.

Remove from freezer in advance enough that the punch becomes slushy. Chop with slotted spoon until mushy if need be. Add 1 1/2 quarts 7-Up (or Sprite or ginger ale) to each 1/2 gallon of punch.

Personal Notes:
You can adjust the pop to taste (or to make it stretch farther). The punch can be thawed carefully in microwave if necessary. Raspberry yields a deep pink punch; strawberry yields pink; lemon yields yellow; lime yields green.
