2 tbsp. Garlic powder
2 tbsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Baking powder
1 tbsp. Season salt
2 tsp. Cajun spice
1 Egg
1 c. Warm beer

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Whisk while slowly adding beer until batter is light and fluffy. Pat dry fish pieces with a paper towel. Dip fish in batter and place in hot oil until golden.
