2 lbs. boneless round steak
1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 16 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. basil leaves
1/8 t. pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from steak. Cut into serving size pieces. Dredge steak in flour; sauté in butter. Add tomatoes, salt, basil and pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Sprinkle cheese over meat, and heat until just melted.
