1 doz. eggs
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded
3 c. hash browns
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. milk
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
Salt, pepper & minced onion (as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Pour into 9x13" pan. Bake at 350º until set and starting to turn a little tan on top (maybe 45 minutes or more).

Also good with bacon or a combination of bacon and sausage. I have also used diced ham for the meat, which is equally good.
