1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 T. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. parsley
1 lb. cooked cork screw pasta
1/4 c. oil
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 red or green pepper, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain the pasta. Add oil to the noodles.

Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley until sugar is dissolved. Add to cooked pasta, cucumbers, onions and peppers. This is best if made a few hours ahead and kept in the refrigerator.
