1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick of butter, melted
2 T. sugar
1 small onion, minced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and bake in a shallow dish for 1 hour at 350º.
