1 lb. reg. sausage
16 oz. sharp cheddar Velveeta, cubed
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
10 oz. can Ro’Tel, drained
½ med. yellow onion, diced
1.25 oz pkg. Taco Seasoning or* homemade
¾ cup beef broth
2.25 oz. can sliced black olives, drianed
A large pinch of chopped fresh cilantro
½ fresh lime, squeezed
Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and crumble the sausage in a skillet. Drain well
In a crock pot, add the drained sausage and above ingredients, except the cream cheese
Heat on med. heat about two hours. Stir occasionally
Before serving, add cubed cream cheese to hot mixture and let melt and blend well
