1 1/2 lbs beef flank steak, cut into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c soy sauce
3/4 c water
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
1/2 c shredded carrots
3 med green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the beef flank steak in cornstarch. add beef & rest of ingredients to gallon size zip-lock bag. Seal closed and place in freezer. (can cook right away, see below instructions*)
When reade to use, thaw in fridge for 24 hours. *Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low 4-5 hours.

Serve over rice.
