Bacon wrapped Jalapeños Recipe

4 large jalapenos, sliced in half and seeded
¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 TBL cream cheese
2 TBL half & half cream
4 thick slices of smoked bacon
A few dashes of Mexican seasoning
½ fresh lime

In med. saucepan, melt on low heat sharp cheddar cheese, milk and cream cheese to soft and just blended
Stuff peppers with creamed cheese mixture
Wrap in bacon and secure with toothpick
A few dashes of Mexican Seasoning and a squeeze of lime on top

Place on griddle or baking sheet in 425° oven and cook till bacon is crisp
About 45 minutes
