2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can yellow hominy
1 can chili beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
2(15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion, drain meat mixture. Add all other ingredients. DO NOT DRAIN cans. Mix together in large sauce pan and simmer at least 2 hours. The longer it simmers the better it tastes. This can be put in a crockpot on low for 8-10 hours. Top with cheese and or sour cream. Can use crackers or I like to serve it with corn chips.
