Ingredients:  
3 tablespoons flour, heaping
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup corn syrup (I use ½ white ½ dark)
2 eggs
½ cup evaporated milk
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 3 ingredients. Pour in syrup and mix together well. Beat in the eggs one at a time with a fork. Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 50 minutes or until firm. Makes a deep dish pie.
