1 c. Gold Medal Wondra flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Preheat the oven to 450º. Grease 8 medium-sized muffin cups with butter. Mix all the ingredients together with a fork. Do this until the mixture is smooth. Fill the custard cups approximately 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Then, decrease the oven temperature to 350º and bake for another 20 minutes or until the popovers are a golden brown. Remove from the muffin cups as soon as the popovers are out of the oven.
