2 C Flour
2 C Sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 C Vegetable oil
4 Tbsp Cocoa
1 C cold water
1/2 C Buttermilk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour and sugar into Large bowl
In saucepan combine butter, oi, cocoa and water stir and bring to a boil
pour over flour and sugar and mix well, add buttermilk, vanilla,salt, eggs and mix well.
pour into greased and floured sheet pan 151/2 X 10 by 1 (jelly roll pan)
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350
Frosting: 1 stick butter, 4 T cocoa, 5 T milk,1 t vanilla, 1 C chopped pecans, 1 box powdered sugar.
Combine butter cocoa and milk in sauce pan bring to a boil. remove from heat and vanilla and nuts and powdered sugar, beat until smooth. spread over warm cake
