Directions:
This is one of those "use what you have" recipes.
Peel and cut up as many potatoes as will feed your family. Make big chunks. Same with the carrots, or just pour in some of the pre-cut baby carrots. Add enough ham so everybody gets some. Slices, cubes, chunks, left-overs, all work fine. Cut up an onion in whatever size pieces your family will eat. Mix these together in a large pot and add water to just cover. Put cabbages wedges on top to steam. Cover and boil about 20 minutes, until potatoes and carrots are tender. Serve with lots of butter!

Personal Notes:
Quick and easy for just 2 or for a crowd. Add other vegies that you have on hand. Wes likes to put a little apple cider vinegar on his cabbage! Thanks to the Reshel family for introducing this one!
