1-1/2 cups plain yogurt or sour cream
1/2 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 cups Green Giant Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach, thawed, well-drained (from 16 oz. package)
3 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper, if desired
1 can (8-oz.) water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped

Directions:
In medium bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and seasonings: blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Serve with crisp vegetable dippers. Makes 4 cups.
