2 1/2 c Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 c Shortening (Crisco)
3/4 c Granulated Sugar
3/4 c Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 pkg Milk Chocolate Chips (about 2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl; set aside. Beat shortening and sugars until combined and creamy. Add eggs and extract.
Add the dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips. Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop to drop dough onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 9 minutes.

**I used this cookie recipe for the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake.
