8 c Oatmeal
3 c Shredded Coconut
1 c Peanuts
1 c Bran (not Raisin Bran)
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 c Wheat Germ
1 c Sunflower Seeds
1 c Honey
1 c Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
Handful Raisins

Directions:

Mix first 7 ingredients together in large bowl, heat for 1 minute in microwave or until blends. In separate bowl mix last 3 ingredients together and add that to dry ingredients. Spread onto oil sprayed aluminum pan (we use turkey roasting pan). Bake at 275 for 1 hour. Turn with spatula every 15 minutes. (should be light brown). Add a handful of raisins to the mixture during the last 5 minutes. Let cool, pour into plastic container with lid (can also be frozen).
