1 Head lettuce
1/2 cup celery
1 large Bermuda onion sliced thin
1 head cauliflower
1 lb bacon (fried and crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Place above ingredients in layers
-Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar
-On top put 2 cups mayonaise then 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) salt and pepper
-Cover with Lid and refrigerate for 24 hours
-Drain water from bottom before stirring
-Stir and serve
