1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
3/4 t salt
1 t vegetable oil
2 10 3/4 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
2 dozen corn tortillas- cut in 1" squares
1 soup can of milk
16 oz Ortega chili salsa
1 lb cheddar cheese - shredded

Brown meat and onion in oil. Drain. Add soup,milk and salsa., stirring well. Layer in oiled
9 x 13 baking dish:

1/2 tortilla squares
1/2 meat sauce
1/2 cheese
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Bake , covered , at 350 for 40 minutes.

Can be made ahead and frozen
