3 Eggs
2 cups Grated raw zucchini
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix Together:
3 cups Plain flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
teaspoon Baking powder
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 cup Walnuts, whole

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until well blended and add walnuts. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour in loaf pan.

Makes 2 loaves
