2 1/4 cups milk
3 pkgs. yeast
7 1/2 cup flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup colled melted butter flavored crisco

Directions:
Directions:
-Scald milk and cool to lukewarm
-Add yeast and dissolve
-Add beaten eggs, sugar, salt and 5 cups of the flour
-Add melted crisco
-Add 1 1/2 cups of the flour and gently mix in
-Turn onto pastry mat on top of other cup of flour and let rest 10 minutes - then knead in the flour
-Place in refrigerator over night
-Remove let stand for one hour
-Shape into rolls (I usually do cresent)
-Let rise (can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours)
-Bake 375º for 8 to 12 minutes (depending on your oven)
