Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds of hamburger
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup of A-1 steak sauce
1 bag frozen vegetables (mixed)
2 1-lb containers of mashed potatoes

½ teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of Onion powder
1 teaspoon of Cajun spice
½ teaspoon of Ground Mustard
3-4 Tablespoons butter
½ cup of cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in large frypan, add mushroom soup, steak sauce, spices and mix well. Add sour cream to pan and mix on low heat. Let cool.

You can make mashed potatoes, use leftover potatoes or buy premade mashed potatoes as well. You can make them ahead of time if doing a large batch.

In a large casserole pan or foil pan, I pour in the vegetables, add the meat mixture and stir it up well. I spoon the mashed potatoes on top, (if the mixture is too hot the potatoes will mix in or melt). I then put some pats of butter on the top and sprinkle some Cajun spice and a little cheese on the top. I have used Pepper jack cheese for a hotter version.

Bake at 350 degrees until it is bubbling and the potatoes have a nice brown color and are crispy, about a half hour or so.
Let it cool for a few minutes to allow for easier serving.
You can use any spices you like, substitute different steak sauces, or use different vegetables. You can also vary the amounts on the vegetables and the spices.
