Ingredients:  
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
teaspoon Salt
cup Milk
1 cup Whole kernel corn
1 cup Cream style corn
1 Egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix other ingredients and then combine the dry, stirring until smooth. In deep hot oil, drop by large spoonful and fry till golden brown on all sides. Note if oil is deep enough the fritter will turn itself over when half cooked. Serve with syrup if desired.
