½ cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
3 Ripe bananas, crushed
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoons Nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush bananas and whip until light and set aside. Cream shortening, sugar and then add eggs, next flour and nuts. Last add crushed/whipped bananas. Pour into a well greased bread pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for approx. one hour.
