1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
teaspoon Salt
cup Flour
Corn Meal

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients then gradually add corn meal till thickened into a pour type batter. Pour into a greased iron skillet and bake at 500 degrees till golden brown.

For Johnny cake you can add just a bit of sugar to mixture.
