1 package Yeast
4 cups Warm water
1 tablespoon (Heaping) Salt
1 cup Shortening
2 Eggs
1½ cups Sugar
Enough flour to knead

Directions:
Directions:
Mix at 5 or 6 o'clock in the evening. Punch down every hour until 10 o'clock.
Make into buns, bread or rolls. Cover with towel and let rise all night. Bake at 6:00 AM at 350 degrees.

I have begun making this bread recipe by substituting 2 packages of Quick-Rise yeast instead of regular yeast. I mix it up sometime in the morning and then have bread made and baked by
supper time.
