2 lbs. Cabbage, shredded
2 cups Water
4-5 Potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 cups Milk
1 cup Green Onion, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Butter, melted
Crumbled cooked bacon and minced fresh parsley - Garnish

Directions:

In a large saucepan, bring potatoes and water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-17 minutes. Remove potatoes and keep warm. Add cabbage to water and simmer 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Drain and keep warm.

In a small saucepan, bring milk and onion to a boil. Add to potatoes and mash until blended. Add cabbage, salt and pepper. Drizzle with melted butter, bacon and parsley.
