Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cup Flour
1 cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoons Baking Soda
cup Shortening

Combine together:
1 teaspoon Grated orange peel
cup Orange juice
1 Egg, well beaten

Add to flour mixture. Fold in:
1 cup Chopped cranberries
1 cup Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Wait 10 minutes and remove from pan.

TOPPING

2 cups Powdered sugar
2 ounce Cream cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 drops Almond extract

Ice bread and cover with roasted almonds
