7 Carrots, cut in 1" pcs.
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1tsp. Cornstarch
dash of Cinnamon
dash of Salt
1 Tbsp. Butter
cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until fork tender and set aside. In saucepan, bring orange juice, butter, cinnamon, sugar and salt to a boil. Combine cornstarch with a little cold water and add to orange juice, stirring to thicken. Add carrots, simmer 5 minutes and serve.
