2 TBSP sugar
1 c whipping cream, whipped
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c mini marshmallows
2 TBSP vinegar
2 c grapes
2 TBSP pineapple juice
1 TBSP butter
Dash of salt
2 c pineapple tidbits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, egg yolks, vinegar, pineapple juice, salt and butter. Cook until thick. Cool. Fold whipped cream into cooled mixture. Add fruit. Mix gently and place in refrigerator trays. Wrap well and freeze. Makes 6 servings. Can use a can of drained fruit cocktail in place of grapes. Can be frozen up to a month.
