1 5-6 lb Prime Rib Roast- room temperature

Salt and Pepper

Montreal Steak Seasoning

1/4 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. . Place room temperature roast in pan bones side up. Season roast. Add water to pan. Put in oven and bake for 1 1/4 hour. Turn off oven. DO NOT OPEN DOOR. Leave roast in oven until 30 min before serving time. 30-45 min before serving turn oven to 325 and finish roasting roast. Let sit 5-10 minutes before carving.
