cup pimento-stuffed olives
cup black olives, cut
cup finely chopped celery
cup finely chopped carrots
cup finely chopped cauliflower (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 cup olive oil
⅓ cup vegetable oil
teaspoon each: salt, oregano, coarse black pepper

Mix all together in a quart jar. Olive salad keeps well refrigerated.
