1 c buckwheat flour
1 c brown rice flour
1/2 c low fat soy flour
1 tsp gelatin
2 tsp xanthan gum
1/4 c tapioca flour
1/4 c white rice flour
1/4 c corn starch
2 c water
2 tsp salt
2-3 tsp honey
2 eggs
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/4 c flax seed
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c pumpkin seeds
1/4 c canola seeds
3 tsp dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients without the yeast and seeds carefully together. Put in the water, eggs, salt and honey in the bread maker. Put the dry ingredients on top of the liquid. Now premix seeds and yeast on top. Bake on gluten free program on dark and 2 lbs.
