Prepared Pie Crust
3 c fresh strawberries
1 c sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 c water
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 c fresh strawberries into a cooked pie crust.
In a saucepan combine 1 c strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, water, lemon juice and salt. Cook until thickened. Cool and pour over strawberries in crust. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
