2 Lbs. Ground Chuck
2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tsp. Basil
1/2 Tsp. Thyme
1/4 C. Ketchup
2 Tsp. Prepared Mustard
1 1/2 C. Bread Crumbs
1/2 C. Celery, chopped
1/2 C. Onion, chopped
1 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

2 Beef Boullion Cubes
1 C. Boiling Water

Add Bullion Cubes to boiling water - Mix well

Combine other ingredients; then place in a meat loaf pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour,. 10 minutes
