Ingredients:  
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash cayenne
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Pour over warm cooked potatoes
Marinade no less than 2 hours in refrigerator.

Add mayonnaise, chopped hard boiled eggs and other ingredients to taste.
